Course ini memberikan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan dalam me-manage performance suatu tim dalam suatu perusahaan.

- Manage people performance
- Ensure team effectiveness
- Facilitate continuous improvement
- Prepare budgets and financial plans
- Manage quality customer service
- Ensure a safe workplace
- Manage recruitment, selection and induction processes
- Manage performance management systems

Timetable: 20 jam / minggu. Sering dipadatkan menjadi 3 hari / minggu, sehingga siswa mempunyai waktu yang lebih banyak tersedia untuk kerja

Syarat masuk: Lulus kelas 2 SMU / 3 SMU (tergantung sekolah yang dipilih) atau umur lebih dari 20 tahun, dan IELTS min 5.5 atau level Upper-Intermediate
Ada juga sekolah yang mengharuskan siswanya untuk menyelesaikan Certificate IV in Business dulu sebelum bisa ambil course ini.

Durasi: 1 semester - 2 semester (tergantung sekolah)

Certificate IV in Business
